
Decisiv Partners with Noregon to Expedite Diagnostic Processes for Fleets
GLEN ALLEN, VA: Decisiv, provider of Service Relationship Management (SRM) solutions, collaborates with Noregon Systems, provider of software products to transportation industry, to speed up diagnostic processes and repair times of service providers using JPRO Commercial Fleet Diagnostic software or Truck Diagnostic System software by Noregon.
Noregon’s JPRO Commercial Fleet Diagnostics analysis class 7-8 truck and displays numerous fault codes, that help technicians to solve the issues before they create further problems in other components and Noregon’s Truck Diagnostic System is a software for the maintenance of truck engines. The alliance will allow Noregon users to access Decisiv’s service management platform that provides real time access to service events, giving control to its users over their processes by giving internal and external visibility.
With Decisiv’s SRM Platform, service dealers and fleets can enable faster repair times by speeding up the diagnostic processes. As a part of the service write up process, service writers can electronically collect vehicle related diagnostic information, cancelling out manual data entry and correct all vehicle related issues.
