Functioning as the ‘command center’ for dispatching operations and providing real-time insight into delivery routes, drivers, customers, and orders is GreenMile Live—the platform that delivers feedback on Actual vs Planned information.“Along with live updates on route and delivery status, GreenMile Live allows distributors to monitor fleet performance in the field along with any changes that may be occurring to the planned routes,” says Melo.

GreenMile also offers a suite of mobility applications that complement their fleet performance platform. GreenMile Driver is compatible with any operating system or device, facilitating two-way communication between driver and the operations center and providing real-time updates along with any changes to route, order, or customer status. The firm’s GreenMile Manager application provides service and delivery exception notifications in real-time to the management team and other key personnel in the organization via a mobile device or tablet to better manage fleet operations on the fly. GreenMile Manager provides quick and easy access into the delivery day–helping clients understand their fleet’s performance metrics and measure delivery success.

GreenMile’s innovative solutions are used by many progressive distributors including Monarch Beverage Company in Indianapolis, IN. Monarch is one of the largest beer and wine wholesalers in the US, delivering products 5 days a week across its fleet of 110 trucks. As the company grew, their outdated on-premise dispatching technology became unreliable and cumbersome to manage.
